Consent to Personal Data Processing

Pursuant to Articles 6 and 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data», I, as the data subject, give my consent to the Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Borzenkov Nikita Yurievich, OGRNIP 317385000055729, INN 381296670594 — to process my personal data on the terms set out below.
1. Data covered by the consent
- surname, name, patronymic (when provided);
- email address;
- phone number (when provided);
- date, exact time, and place of birth (for natal chart calculation);
- the same data for a partner (for a compatibility chart — with their consent);
- Telegram identifier (when that channel is connected);
- IP address, browser identifier, activity timestamps.
2. Processing actions covered
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, refinement (update, change), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the limited group of persons listed in the Privacy Policy, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction — both with and without the use of automation.
3. Purposes
Delivery of the natal chart service, user identification, payment processing, sending transactional messages (confirmation code, order-ready notification, receipt), and compliance with the law of the Russian Federation.
4. Validity of the consent
The consent is valid from the day it is given until it is withdrawn. Withdrawal is possible at any time by sending a written notice to info@aistre.ru. The Operator is required to cease processing and destroy the data within 30 (thirty) business days of receiving the notice, except for data subject to mandatory retention by law (payment transactions — 4 years under the Russian Tax Code).
5. Consent to marketing communications
Consent to receive informational and promotional messages (news, promotions) is given separately by checking the corresponding box in the personal account. This consent may also be withdrawn at any time via the «unsubscribe» link in every email or in personal-account settings.
6. How consent is given
The consent is deemed given at the moment the user clicks the payment button on an order or performs another active action (sending a confirmation code) confirming that they have read this document and the Privacy Policy.
