Public Offer for Services

This public offer (the «Offer») is the formal proposal of Individual Entrepreneur Borzenkov Nikita Yurievich, OGRNIP 317385000055729, INN 381296670594 (the «Service Provider»), to enter into a services contract with any individual (the «Client») who accepts it on the terms set out below.
1. Subject of the contract
The Service Provider undertakes, upon the Client's order, to prepare a personal astrological reading (the «Natal Chart») and deliver it as a PDF document via the personal account on aistre.io. The Client undertakes to pay the price in effect at the moment the order is placed.
Three product types are available:
- Personal Natal Chart — an astrological reading of the Client based on their date, exact time, and place of birth.
- Compatibility Chart — a synastry reading of the Client and a second person based on the same astrological data. The Client confirms they have the second person's consent to processing of their personal data to the extent required for the calculation.
- Financial Chart — an astrological reading focused on income, money cycles, and financial decision-making.
The content of each Natal Chart is the author's interpretation of astrological data, generated in an automated way using algorithms and language models.

2. Acceptance of the Offer
Acceptance of the Offer is the Client's click of the payment button for the order on the site. From that moment the contract is deemed concluded on the terms of this Offer, and the Client confirms that they have read and agree to the Privacy Policy, Personal Data Processing Consent, and Terms of Use.
3. Price and payment
Prices are stated in the Pricing document and on the order checkout page in Russian rubles and include all taxes and fees required by law (the Service Provider applies the simplified taxation system, 6% income; VAT does not apply).
Payment is made as a single charge by non-cash means via JSC Tinkoff Bank acquiring using 3-D Secure. The Client's card details are not transferred to the Service Provider during payment and are handled exclusively by the acquiring bank.
A fiscal receipt under Federal Law 54-FZ is issued at the moment of payment, sent to the Client's email, and available in the personal account.
Bundle discounts apply (−15% for two charts, −30% for all three) along with promo codes published on the site. All discounts are automatically reflected in the order total before payment — the Client is responsible for reviewing them.
4. Service delivery timeline
The service is performed automatically immediately after the acquiring bank confirms payment. The process includes:
- astronomical calculation of the natal chart from the supplied birth data;
- interpretation of key chart elements by algorithms and language models;
- generation of the PDF document;
- placement of the finished PDF in the Client's personal account;
- delivery of a ready notification to the Client's email.
In most cases the service is delivered within 5 (five) minutes. The maximum delivery time is 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment of payment. The service is deemed delivered when the order enters the «Ready» status in the Client's personal account.
The finished Natal Chart remains available to the Client for download in their personal account indefinitely — until the Client deletes their account, or until the service is discontinued with no less than 30 days' prior notice to the Client.
5. Refunds
Pursuant to Article 32 of the Russian Federation Law No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 «On Consumer Rights Protection», the Client may withdraw from the contract at any time before the service is actually performed, subject to reimbursing the Service Provider for expenses actually incurred. Refund rules are applied as follows:
- Before the calculation begins (the order is paid but processing has not started) — the full paid amount is refunded with no deductions.
- During the calculation (the order is in «In Progress» but not yet «Ready») — the refund is issued less actually incurred costs: the language-model invocation cost and related infrastructure. The deduction does not exceed 50% of the order value and is communicated to the Client before the refund is processed.
- After generation is complete (the order is in «Ready» status) — the service is deemed properly performed and refunds are not provided, except for material defects (Article 29, item 1 of the cited law).
A material defect means an error in the astronomical calculation caused by the Service Provider (for example, an algorithm malfunction), or absence in the Natal Chart of mandatory content stated on the product page. A divergence between the interpretation and the Client's expectations, as well as inaccuracies caused by the Client supplying incorrect birth data, are not material defects.
Refund procedure: the Client emails info@aistre.ru with subject «Refund for order #…», stating the order number and the reason. The Service Provider reviews the request within 10 (ten) business days and responds via the same email. If approved, the refund is issued to the card used for payment within the same period. The time the money takes to land in the Client's account depends on their card issuer.
6. Liability
The Natal Chart is an artistic and psychological product of astrological interpretation. It is not medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial, or investment advice. The Service Provider is not liable for decisions made by the Client based on the content of the Natal Chart.
The Service Provider is not liable for inaccuracies in the result that arise because the Client supplied knowingly false, incomplete, or inaccurate data (date, exact time, place of birth, name, gender). The Client confirms the accuracy of the data they supply at the moment of accepting the Offer.
The Service Provider is not liable for the Client's inability to receive the service due to circumstances beyond the Service Provider's reasonable control (payment provider failure, the Client's mail service outage, the Client's internet problems).
7. Intellectual property
The finished PDF document of the Natal Chart is licensed to the Client for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, public display, and posting of the PDF in the public domain are not permitted. Copyright in the design, text templates, and interpretation algorithms is retained by the Service Provider.
8. Personal data
Personal data of the Client is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing Consent. The Client confirms they have read these documents at the moment of accepting the Offer.
9. Referral program
9.1. The Service Provider runs a referral program in which a registered user (the «Partner») earns a fee for bringing new users who purchase Services.
9.2. Participation happens automatically — every registered user receives a personal referral code in the personal account section «Referral program» (aistre.io/account/referral). Sharing the referral link or following one constitutes consent to the terms of this section and the Terms of Use.
9.3. Referral link and attribution
After registration the Partner receives a unique 6-character referral code and a referral link https://aistre.io/?ref=CODE. When a visitor follows the link, a cookie is set in their browser identifying the Partner. The cookie lifetime is 180 calendar days from the most recent click.
If the visitor registers within the cookie lifetime, they are attributed to the named Partner. With multiple clicks on different links before registration the last click wins (last-touch). The attribution is permanent for the registered user's account and cannot be changed, except for cases described in §9.7.
9.4. Fee amount
The Partner's fee is 50% of the final order amount for each paid order placed by an attributed referral. The final amount is the order value after all discounts, promo codes, and bundle reductions, as actually paid by the referral.
The rate is uniform for all Service types. The fee is computed at the moment the order is confirmed paid based on the order amount at that time. Rounding is down.
9.5. Hold and accrual
After a referral's order is confirmed paid, the fee is credited to the Partner's hold balance. After 21 (twenty-one) calendar days from the payment date the fee automatically moves to the Partner's main balance and becomes available for payout.
If the referral's order is cancelled or refunded (fully or partially) during the hold, the fee for that order is voided. If the refund happens after the fee has moved to the main balance, the corresponding amount is deducted from the main balance. If the balance is insufficient, the Partner accrues a negative balance that is offset against future earnings.
9.6. Payout
The payout is issued upon the Partner's request via the personal account.
- minimum request — 5,000 ₽;
- maximum per request — 100,000 ₽;
- at most one request every 7 calendar days;
- payout method — Russian Faster Payments System (SBP) to the phone number specified by the Partner;
- processing time — 1–3 business days from request; in exceptional cases (holidays, technical maintenance) up to 5 business days.
The Partner is solely responsible for entering correct phone and bank details. If the Partner provides an incorrect phone or bank, the payout is deemed completed once the funds are sent. Refunds for Partner-side input errors are not the Service Provider's obligation.
9.7. Taxation
The fee paid to the Partner is personal income under the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
The Partner is solely responsible for declaring the received income to the Federal Tax Service and paying personal income tax (PIT). The Service Provider is not a tax agent for these payouts and does not withhold PIT from the payout amount.
To simplify declaration, the Partner may register as a payer of the Tax on Professional Income (self-employed) — in that case the declaration is handled via the FTS «My Tax» mobile app. Such registration is the Partner's right, not an obligation.
By using the referral link for the purpose of earning fees, the Partner confirms that they are aware of their tax obligations and accept them in full.
9.8. Suspension and cancellation
The Service Provider may suspend a Partner's participation and void accumulated fees in cases described in the Terms of Use. A suspension notice is sent to the Partner's email. The Partner may appeal within 30 (thirty) calendar days by writing to partners@aistre.ru.
9.9. Changes to the program
The Service Provider may change the program terms (fee rate, hold period, payout limits) unilaterally. The new edition of this section is published on aistre.io/legal/offer with the effective date. Already accrued fees are computed under the rules in effect at the time of accrual and are not recomputed.
Material changes (rate reduction, hold extension, minimum payout increase) are announced to active Partners by email no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days before they take effect.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
The relationship of the parties is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. All disputes are first resolved through pre-trial settlement by email correspondence at info@aistre.ru. The Service Provider's response time is 30 (thirty) calendar days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is subject to court resolution under the jurisdiction rules established by consumer-protection law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.
11. Changes to the terms
The Service Provider may unilaterally amend this Offer. The current edition is always published at aistre.io/legal/offer. The edition of the Offer that was in effect at the moment a specific order was paid applies to the relationship under that order.
