Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using aistre.io in any form (browsing pages, registering, placing an order) you agree to these Terms of Use, the Public Offer, and the Privacy Policy.

2. User age

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. People under that age may use the service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Prohibited actions

The user undertakes not to use the service for:

  • Submitting knowingly false personal data.
  • Automated information gathering (parsing, scraping, credential stuffing).
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities, bypassing authentication, unauthorized access.
  • Distributing malware.
  • Violating intellectual-property rights or the rights of third parties.

4. Intellectual property

All materials posted on the Site (text, design, source code, PDF templates) are the intellectual property of the Operator. The finished PDF of the natal chart is licensed to the Client for personal, non-commercial use. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of the PDF is not permitted.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided «as is». A natal chart is a product of astrological interpretation and is not a substitute for professional consultations (medical, legal, financial). The Operator is not liable for decisions made on its basis.

6. Termination of access

The Operator reserves the right to block a user's access in case of violation of these Terms, fraud activity, or suspicious behavior. If access is blocked, already generated paid orders remain available for download.

7. Referral program rules

Program terms (fee rate, hold, payout limits, taxation) are set out in the «Referral program» section of the Public Offer. This section governs acceptable use of the referral link.

7.1. Who can participate

A Partner of the referral program may be any natural person of full legal capacity, aged 18+, with a registered account on the Site. Legal entities do not participate — for commercial partnerships a separate agreement is available on request. Operator's employees and affiliated persons do not participate in the program.

7.2. Use of the referral link

The referral code is issued to the Partner once at the first visit to the «Referral program» section of the personal account. The code cannot be changed. The Partner may share the referral link in public channels (social networks, messengers, blog, personal site) or send it to interested persons individually.

7.3. Prohibited uses

The Partner is prohibited from:

  • creating a second or subsequent account on the Site for the purpose of self-referral or padding;
  • registering persons as referrals without their explicit consent, including using third-party email addresses;
  • using traffic padding, bots, click farms, or other technical means to generate artificial clicks and registrations;
  • posting the referral link in contexts that mislead the invitee about the Site's Services or guarantee a specific astrological outcome;
  • using spam mailings, flooding, or irrelevant comments on third-party content to distribute the referral link;
  • transferring the personal referral code to third parties as a shared resource;
  • concealing the referral relationship where disclosure is required by law (e.g., under advertising regulations).

7.4. Consequences of violations

On detection of violations of these rules, suspicious activity (mass registration from a single IP, disposable email addresses, automated patterns) or third-party complaints, the Operator may:

  • suspend the Partner's participation in the program;
  • void the accumulated hold balance;
  • withhold or refuse to pay out main-balance funds earned through proven violations;
  • deactivate the Partner's referral link.

Already paid-out amounts are non-refundable except in cases of proven intentional fraud (in which case the Operator may seek recovery through the courts). Already attributed referrals remain attributed even after the Partner's suspension, but no further fees are paid on them.

7.5. Appeals

The Partner may appeal a suspension decision within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the notice by writing to partners@aistre.ru. The Operator's response time is 10 (ten) business days.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are subject to the court at the Operator's place of registration, unless otherwise required by consumer-protection law. This does not affect mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under your local law.

9. Changes

The Operator may amend these Terms. The current edition is posted on this page. Material changes are announced by email.
