Horoscope by birth date — for today, free
A forecast from your chart, not your sign: which transits move through your houses, what lunar day it is, which personal dates lie ahead — plus a name layer if you tell us your name. Everything is computed, nothing is invented.
What exactly we compute
Your birth date defines your natal chart — the position of ten planets at the moment of birth. From it and today’s sky we compute transits: which planets currently aspect yours and, if your birth time and city are known, which house of your chart each one moves through. The house is the event’s address: the same Venus transit reads as “relationships” in one house and “money” in another. That is why a birth-date forecast can never coincide with a sign horoscope: a sign has no houses.
The name layer is our own feature. The destiny, soul and personality numbers are computed from the letters of your name with the Pythagorean table; the destiny number maps to a name planet — and we show where it stands in your chart and which aspects it collects today. We deliberately keep language models away from etymology: name origins are what neural networks invent most eagerly.
The forecast is honest about its limits: without a birth time we do not name the Ascendant or houses (the chart is computed for noon), and the “day indicators” are our deterministic aggregate over transit weights — it says so right under the scales. If you want a full chart reading rather than a one-day snapshot, it is built from the same data across dozens of pages.
Frequently asked questions
- Why is a birth-date horoscope more accurate than a sign one?
- A sign horoscope is one text for a twelfth of all people. A birth-date forecast computes your personal chart: all planet positions, and with a birth time also the Ascendant and houses. Then the forecast says not “the background of the day” but “Venus is moving through your seventh house”.
- Why provide the birth time and city?
- They define the Ascendant and houses — the most personal layer of the chart. Without a time we honestly compute planets only (a noon chart) and never invent houses: better silence than confident error.
- How is the name used?
- Three computed layers: the name numbers from the Pythagorean table (destiny, soul, personality) and the name planet mapped from the destiny number — located in your chart and participating in today’s transits. No language model touches etymology.
- Is my data stored?
- No. The calculation is anonymous: birth date, time and place are not saved and never appear in the page address. You can save a profile voluntarily — by signing in.
- Is it free?
- Yes, fully: both the calculation and the text of the day. Only the full natal chart reading is paid — dozens of pages across all planets and houses.
